All soft and hard topped cars must have their roof up in all areas of the reserve.
If at any time a guest’s standard of behaviour falls below that expected by the Park, the individual may be asked to leave the Park and no refunds will be considered concerning any purchase that may have been made; whilst not an exhaustive list this would include admission charge and wristband/ride tickets.
West Midland Safari and Leisure Park will not under any circumstances tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour towards any member of staff or fellow guest.
